Salvador Martinez began his practice and training in 1995, exploring a variety of disciplines including Ashtanga-vinyasa, Iyengar, Bikram and Shadow. Salvador received teaching certification from Sonic Yoga in NYC and through the A.Y.C. Yoga Teacher Training in 2009. He believes that yoga practice is a process and each day, each moment is unique.
